Any information collected by or submitted to any website, mailing list or other entity (online store etc.) under the control of Lonebard NZ Ltd or its subsidiaries will be maintained and used under a strict privacy policy pursuant to the Privacy Act (NZ) 1993.
We keep your information safe by storing it in password protected applications with Two-factor authentication and this is only accessible by the principals of Lonebard NZ Ltd for the designated purpose.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. Lonebard (NZ) Ltd at all times processes payments through secure designated third party payment gateways for e-commerce to ensure the safety and integrity of your submitted information, personal details, card details etc.
Lonebard (NZ) Ltd cannot be held responsible for any details held and maintained nor breaches or hacking of sites/data on ancillary websites/services/payment gateways not under its direct control.
Lonebard (NZ) Ltd, its subsidiaries and physical infrastructure applies and at all times maintains for the safety of all parties, an industry standard policy in regard to security updates, malware and virus prevention/detection to its equipment and associated data under its direct control.
OUR REFUND POLICY:
Refunds in Respect of the Company:
a: In the event that Olwynne Cade - Remember Who You Are or Lonebard NZ Ltd (the parent company) has to cancel an event/course or fails to deliver an advertised online course, prior to commencement, all monies paid will be refunded to participants via the corresponding payment method, usually within 7 days of notification.
b. If the course has commenced, any monies paid will be refunded on a pro-rata basis according to the time left to run. Participants must accept, in this case, that a portion of the knowledge has been taught and acquired by the student.
c. Prior to commencement, all course fees are held in escrow and only released to the principals of Lonebard NZ Ltd (the parent company) once the designated course/therapy has commenced. Aforementioned release of funds will be on a pro-rata basis, based on the length of said course and time left to run.
Refunds In Respect of Students:
Participant Refunds for In-person physical courses on stipulated date(s) and of short duration:
a. Participants who cancel within 7 days prior to the commencement date will be charged 10% of the total fee.
b. Participants who cancel under 7 days prior through to the day before an event will be charged 30% of the total fee.
c. Participants who cancel on the day of an event or are a 'No Show' will be charged 100% of the total fee - i.e. NO REFUND
Participant Refunds for Long Duration In-person teaching (Diploma Level) courses over a stipulated date range:
a. All deposits payable are to secure your placement and are non-refundable in any form.
b. Participants who cancel within 7 days prior to the course commencement date will be charged 10% of the total course fee payable.
c. Participants who cancel at any time once the course/training has commenced will be charged, if having paid in full, 10% of the total fee and the balance will be refunded within 7 days upon written application. If paying by monthly or weekly instalment, there will be no refund and the participant will be required to pay Lonebard NZ Ltd the equivalent of 10% of the total course fee to effect a cancellation.
Participant Refunds for Online courses only:
Once a participant has signed up and paid for an online course, there is no refund available, but Lonebard NZ Ltd may consider an application pursuant to the clause below.
Olwynne Cade - Remember Who You Are and Lonebard (NZ) Ltd will, in its absolute discretion, consider without prejudice, extenuating circumstances in the event of an application for refund (death in the family, serious accident or illness) by any participant, at any time, from payment date up to and including commencement date and beyond, on the production of satisfactory proof of said circumstance.
